BCC group is organizing a TWO DAY workshop on “FUNDAMENTALS OF BIOSTATISTICS & HYPOTHESIS TESTING" to sensitize graduate, post-graduate, doctoral and post-doctoral (MD/MS, DM, MCh, DNB, MSc Nursing, MPhil, PhD) candidates and Medical/Nursing faculty to the concepts of biostatistics & hypothesis testing and to impart practical tips on performing the same using R (EZR) software.

The aim of the TWO DAY  workshop on  “FUNDAMENTALS OF BIOSTATISTICS & HYPOTHESIS TESTING" to sensitize graduate, post-graduate, doctoral and post-doctoral (MD/MS, DM, MCh, DNB, MSc Nursing, MPhil, PhD) candidates and Medical/Nursing faculty to the concepts of  biostatistics & hypothesis testing and to impart practical tips on performing the same using R (EZR) software.

5.       Introduction to probability distributions & Normal distribution [ + Hands on with R (EZR) software]

7.        Introduction to testing of hypothesis

8.       Parametric testing of hypothesis [ + Hands on with R (EZR) software]

9.       Non-parametric testing of hypothesis [ + Hands on with R (EZR) software]

10.     Semi parametric testing of hypothesis [ + Hands on with R (EZR) software]
